As a Hall of Fame athlete for East Bridgewater High School, a National qualifier and school record holder for the Stonehill College Skyhawks, and a multi-time Iron Man finisher, TJ Smith is no stranger to success in the world of athletics as both an athlete and a coach. Since graduating from college Smith has spent more than 15 years as a mentor for aspiring student-athletes having coached for 13 years at Bridgewater State before moving on to Middleboro High School where he also teaches. Smith's teams have re-written the record books everywhere he has coached, and his athletes have been well-represented regionally and nationally. TJ is a two-time recipient of the prestigious USTFCCCA Regional Head Coach of the Year Award. Smith currently resides in Raynham, MA with his wife Jess and their boys Landon and Camden.

A graduate of Bridgewater State where he ran collegiately, he has spent the last 7 years as a coach with stints at Franklin Pierce University, his alma mater BSU, and most recently Middleboro High School. Connor Foley hails from Foxboro, MA and has been involved in the cross country/ track & field world for more than 15 years. A graduate of Bridgewater State where he ran collegiately, he has spent the last 7 years as a coach with stints at Franklin Pierce University, his alma mater BSU, and most recently Middleboro High School. Foley is a certified USTFCCCA Sprints, Hurdles, Relays specialist with a decorated track record having coached dozens of conference and regional champions and 10 All-Americans, including 2 individual National titles. Connor resides in Bridgewater, MA with his wife Ryan.
